Designed to optimize power and torque from the 660 cc parallel-twin powerplant, this system meets EC/ECE type approval, making it fully Euro 5 compliant. With the catalytic converter located in the front part of the pre-muffler, to ensure the system fully complies with the regulation, the system has a plug-and-play installation with no remapping needed. Constructed from high-quality carbon fibre, lightweight titanium, and high-grade stainless steel, the system has been created using race-proven materials. Designed to emphasize the racing look of the machine, the system is 0.4 kg lighter than standard stock. Testing on the Akrapovič in-house dyno, in back-to-back runs of bikes equipped with a Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust and standard stock exhaust system, recorded an increase of 2.4 hp at 11,200 rpm and a gain of 3.6 Nm of torque at 4,550 rpm, which gives the rider a pronounced throttle response. Its deep, full, and sporty sound, with its throbbing parallel-twin pulsations, offers the feeling of riding a bigger capacity bike, making the Akrapovič Racing Line (Carbon) for the Aprilia RS 660 the ideal exhaust for this middleweight sports bike.

Custom/made to order exhausts and silencers
Custom made exhausts and silencers are manufactured for your bike specifically. We retrieve information and measurements for every bike model from the manufacturer to be able to manufacture all parts with the correct measurements.
Food or perishable items
Food items can not be returned for health and safety reasons since we need to guarantee no food items have been exposed to heat or tapered with.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are manufactured in our OFFROADEN print studio and we start the design and print process as soon as the order has arrived. It includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
Custom wheels, rims and brake lines
Decals
Embroidery
Laser engraved products
Personalised seat covers
Personalised printed clothing
Returns made outside these rules may be returned to you or destroyed.
What is the return time ? Where is my return?
It can take up to 20 working days from the day of postage for the return process to be complete.
You can track or consult your returns using our Return Portal.
You will receive notification that your parcel has been delivered to the London hub.
Your parcel is then forwarded to our warehouses in Poland.
You do not have access to this last part of the tracking.
You will be informed by email: info@offroaden.com
when the parcel arrives to the huband when the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
